Official pics of Alfa's new sports car!

The new Alfa Romeo Brera not only shares its name with the 2002 concept car on which is based but also its striking design.

Alfa will officially launch this striking sports car, which is a 2+2 seater, at next month's Geneva Motor Show.

The Brera, featuring a full glass roof, is 4.41m long and 1.83m wide, while its height is 1.37m.

It will be available with two petrol engines, the 135 kW 2.2-litre JTS and the 190 kW 3.2-litre V6. Thre will also be a 147 kW 2.4-litre turbodiesel model.

All models come with a six-speed manual transmission, while an autobox is optional. All-wheel-drive will also be available.
