PORT ELIZABETH - Chevrolet has enhanced its passenger car line-up with the addition of two new 'Black & White' Spark and Sonic special editions.
According to the automaker: “The vehicles, available in limited numbers, bring sporty visual upgrades and enhanced specifications to the Chevrolet portfolio, adding extra value and appeal.”
BLACK AND WHITE EDITIONS
The new Sonic limited edition, based on the Sonic 1.6 LS, is available exclusively in either black or white themes with side mirrors and rear spoiler painted in contrasting ‘Orange Rock’. Inside, it benefits from Chevrolet’s MyLink infotainment system and black 16” alloys.
The Sonic Black and White edition will be limited to a to a production run of 200 units.

The new Chevrolet Spark Black & White Edition is based on the mid-range Spark 1.2 LS. Buyers can choose from what the automaker calls “Thunder Flash Black” or “Athenian White” and only 300 units will be made available.
It features black 15” alloys, contrasting black or white decals, light titanium upholstery, gloss black interior details, sports pedals, stainless steel door sill plates, unique side skirts and exterior chromed details.
'WE WILL DELIGHT CHEV BUYERS'
Both the Spark and Sonic Black & White Editions are sold with Chevrolet’s five-year/120 000km warranty and roadside assistance plan. In addition, the Sonic Black & White Edition is sold with a three-year or 60 000km service plan.
The Sonic special edition is available in August 2014 followed by the Spark Black & White Edition in September 2015.

“The modifications on the Spark Black & White edition in particular have been developed by our local engineers and are factory-approved and fitted, for peace of mind to go along with the limited availability and unique South African flavor.”
