BMW's M division has created two limited editions of its monster M3 and M5 models. The German automaker's engineers and designers have come up with new Frozen paint jobs, tweaked performance and a collective R420 000 in extras.

The new M3 M Performance Edition is powered by a 313kW V8 engine mated to a seven-speed M DCT transmission and variable M differential. The new model comes with a Competition Package as standard, which lowers suspension by 10mm, adds a Electronic Damper Control with sport mode and a revised DSC+ system.
