Scuderia South Africa placed 17 orders for vehicles in the first quarter of 2019 according to Naamsa sales figures.

The importer of the Prancing Horse brand's best-seller is the Portofino, a hard-top convertible GT model powered by a 3.8-litre V8 engine with 441kW and 760Nm.

It gallops to 100km/h from standstill in 3.5 seconds and its legs suffer fatigue at 320km/h.

Supercars galore

The Italian sold four units of its ultra high performance 812 model. It's powered by a mid-engined 6.5-litre V12 with maximum pegged at 718Nm. Wowzer!

The rest of the list contains the lightweight 488 Pista, 488 GTB and the Spider.
