The car was conceived by the team from Nissan's European design studio in London for the latest effort from the PlayStation driving franchise Gran Turismo but could be the backbone for how future high-performance Nissans might look.
The concept is described as "an all-wheel-drive, 2+2 sports car" equipped with racetrack technology. Nissan's main area of focus was on airflow management to ensure the virtual car performs as "realistically" as possible.
Visitors to Nissan’s stand at the show will be able to drive the concept in one of several Gran Turismo 6 gaming pods equipped with Oculus Rift 3D virtual reality gaming headsets. It will be available for download in Gran Turismo 6 from July 2014.
