All seven of the Hilux Raider derivatives, four 2.7-litre petrol and three 3-litre turbo diesel models, are available with the unique Legend35 styling package.
Visually the Hilux Legend35 is distinguished by Legend35 striping and decals in place of the regular Raider identity. All seven derivatives are fitted with alloy wheels (these replace the steel wheels normally used on the 4X2 Hilux Raider models). Tyres are Continental AI Trac.
A stainless steel "Legend35" roll bar complements the stainless steel rear step bumper with its pre-wired towbar fitting, and the stainless steel nudge bar at the front. The side steps on these models are also stainless steel in an appealing tubular design.
Interior fittings include full leather trim with the Legend35 logo embossed in the headrests. A silver finish radio/CD player brings the exterior metallic look through to the interior of the vehicle.
The Hilux Legend35 is available in all colours currently in the Hilux range.
The Toyota 2700i petrol engine produces 108 kW at 4 800 r/min with maximum torque of 235 Nm at 4 000 r/min.
Power output for the 3-litre 1KZ-TE turbo-charged engines is 85 kW at 3 600 r/min while torque is a massive 315 Nm at just 2 000 r/min. This engine is used in the 4x2 Raised Body Single and Double Cab Raiders, and the 4x4 Double Cab Raider.
