According to Motorsport.com, Ferrucci was seen making his way from the support paddock to the race pitlane wearing just one glove and holding a phone in his hand.

His team, Trident Racing confirmed to the stewards that the move was premeditated and intentional and will miss the next two races that takes place in Budapest and Spa-Francorchamps.

A case such as this is very much unheard of and is the last place to be using a phone, considering the speeds Formula cars can attain.
