South America - The 2017 Dakar rally is well underway and already we've seen some incredible moments.
South African team Toyota Gazoo Racing has had four stages of mixed results and emotions, following their commanding win during Stage 1 of the 2017 event.
Sadly, lead driver Nasser Al-Attiyah hit a ditch and damaged his Hilux bakkie's suspension on Stage 3, forcing the veteran to retire from the event.
Gazoo Racing's hopes of winning the overall event now rests on SA driver Giniel de Villiers and Nani Roma from Spain.
