7 top highlights of the Goodwood Festival of Speed

The recently concluded 25th edition of the Goodwood Festival of Speed was nothing short of the hype, entertaining the crowds with legendary classics and modern day super cars.

It is one of the biggest highlights of the motoring calendar, attracting hoards of spectators and celebrities as well.

The event wasn't broadcast on local channels but viewers could stream the live action across all social media platforms.

What has to be one of the best moments of the FOS was when stunt driver Terry Grant attempted to finish the trial on two wheels in a Range Rover.

It didn't quite go to plan for Grant as the car crashed near the end.

There was also a chance for self driving cars to make there way across the track - a Ford Mustang kitted with self driving equipment one of the mentions.

Here are some of the best moments of the Goodwood Festival of Speed:

1. Two-wheeled treachery

Stunt driver Terry Grant took made the crowd stand in awe as he slowly made his way through the Goodwood section on only two wheels.

Zig zagging and maintaining his balance, the Range Rover he was in crossed the finish line and in doing so, became the first on two wheels.

A previous attempt saw him crash out near the Flint wall section, but that didn't stop him. Creating the world record you have to see.
