This weekend's Red Bull Cape Town circuit event saw former racing driver David Coulthard behind the wheel of the 2011 championship-winning RB7. 

The Scottish driver, who has 13 wins in the top tier of motorsport, performed in front of a packed crowd in Darling street, Cape Town. 

Before Coulthard started his runs though, the Red Bull mechanics had a little trick up their sleeve as they wheeled the 640kg car out in front of city hall. 

What they did next will blow your mind as the 2.4-litre V8 engine revved the tune of South Africa's national anthem Nkosi Sikelel' iAfrika.
