WATCH: Ice Man vs Mad Max - Raikkonen and Verstappen racing whee-to-wheel at Silverstone

Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen won't be receiving a Christmas card from Mercedes-Benz after the antics at the British GP but he did produce an exciting moment with Max Verstappen at Silverstone. 

Sebastian Vettel won the 2018 British Grand Prix ahead of home favourite Lewis Hamilton to increase his lead to eight points in the drivers' championship. 

The German's team mate Raikkonen finished third despite incurring a 10-second penalty for knocking into Hamilton on the opening lap.

Hamilton pointed towards 'interesting tactics' used by the Ferraris in the post-race press conference. 

But the action on track was equally exciting as a duel between Raikkonen and Red Bull's Max Verstappen had the crowd on their feet as the Finn and Dutch racers battled wheel to wheel after the first safety car period.
