Cape Town - With nine Formula 1 World championships, 123 wins, 90 pole positions, 98 fastest laps and 3362 points between Michael Schumacher and Fernando Alonso, it's clear these two drivers are superstars in F1.
Admittedly, most of those figures are attributed to Schumacher who is recovering from injuries sustained during a 2013 skiing crash.
Alonso, who currently races for McLaren-Honda, won two consecutive championships in 2005 and 2006 with Renault.
Remembering Schumi
Ahead of the 2016 Hungarian GP, Alonso posted a video on Instagram of an epic battle between himself and rival Schumacher at the Hungaroring in 2006.
