Two in-a-row for Hamilton, Mad Max mouths off - F1 driver standings following the Hungarian GP

Lewis Hamilton has won the 2018 Hungarian Grand Prix, extending his championship lead over closest rival, Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel.

Hamilton was untroubled during the race and grabbed his second straight victory and fifth of the season. His victory in Hungary is his 67th overall.

Mercedes on the up

Valtteri Bottas who is currently positioned 4th on driver standings, was not impressed at all when Mercedes chief Totot Wolff called him Hamilton's 'sensational wingman'.

Bottas is 81 points behind his Mercedes team mate and has all but conceded any chance of competing got the title this season.

Max Verstappen aired his frustrations with the Renault engine, slating it as 'sh-t', this after his retirement on the 6th lap of the Hungarian grand prix this past weekend.

There was also more frustration for Charles Leclerc as his race ground to a premature halt from as early as the first lap.
