F1 ace Lewis Hamilton cracks World Fame Top 100 list

Mercedes driver and defending Formula 1 champion has cracked the ESPN World Fame 100 list.

Hamilton is ranked 68th on the list, a huge jump from his 84th position achieved in 2017.

He has a social media following of 6.3-million people and has $7-million in endorsements, claims ESPN.

Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo topped the ESPN World Fame 100 list for a third straight year, pipping American basketball player Lebron James and long-term Argentine rival Lionel Messi.

According to ESPN: "Hamilton is never boring. Last year the Sunday Times listed him at the top of their UK 'Sport Rich List' with an estimated wealth of $184million."
