Cape Town - The 2017 Formula 1 season is half way through its mandatory summer break and both teams and drivers deserve this much-needed break.
Though the battle for supremacy between Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) and Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) made headlines since the Australian Grand Prix, fans were treated to a number of great battles, spectacular incidents, and rivalries that brought the popcorn to every race.
The facts
In the midst of the battle for the 2017 driver’s championship, a number of interesting facts and figures subtly made their way into the mix of things.
In Russia, for instance, Valtteri Bottas, Hamilton’s team mate, became this season’s youngest race winner. Three drivers, Vettel, Hamilton and Force India’s Esteban Ocon are the only drivers to have finished all 11 races before the summer break.

But only Vettel and Hamilton have scored points in all of the races.
We also list the longest of the first eleven circuits, which country is represented by the most number of drivers, as well as mentioning the two team mates that have raced the most number of races together of all 2017 team mates.
