While Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher fights for his life in hospital after suffering severe head injuries during a skiing accident, some Facebook users are already mourning his death.
The Facebook page, titled ‘R.I.P Michael Schumacher’, was created on December 29 2013, the same day Schumacher’s horror accident occurred.
At the time of publishing this article, the page had already garnered 21 884 "likes". Most Facebook users are livid and those who have "liked" the page seem to have done so to enable them to vent against the creator of the Facebook page.
Users expressed their disgust:
Noor Kth from Nepal said: "He ain’t dead. He's in a coma!"
William Granagham from the United Kingdom said: "Is this how you treat a seven times World Champion? It's been told on the news that he's in a critical condition show some respect please for him and his family get well soon Micheal!"
Vicki Lorraine Spencer said: "How about showing some respect for Michael and removing this page because he's still alive!!"
