Auto Africa is held every second year in Johannesburg. It will feature not just the massive battalion of new cars that will be launched in SA specially for the show - and so they qualify for the SA Guild of Motoring Journalists' Car of the Year competition - but a plethora of new models straight from the world-famous Paris Motor Show held just a few weeks before the local event.
The Auto Africa Expo 2002 , to be staged at the National Exhibition Centre, south of Johannesburg will be open to the public from Wednesday, October 23 to Sunday, October 27.
More than 200 000 people are expected at the exhibition, which will be officially opened by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Alec Erwin.
