<b>ANTI-AGEING MAKEOVER PLANNED:</b> Kia’s Sorrento SUV will receive a makeover later in 2012 borrowing design elements from its Cee’d hatchback sibling.
Kia’s Sorento crossover, now in its third year of production, is gearing up for its first mid-life facelift and our spy photopgraphers spotted a prototype model being tested in Europe.
At the front you can spot changes to the fascia with a new headlight design with BMW-esque accents on top. The model appears to draw inspiration from the recently launched Cee’d hatchback. Also at the front you can spot the tweaked grille and a new bumper design.
CABIN TWEAKS
Given the amount of camouflage applied to the rear, it's possible the new Sorento will have redesigned tail lights, and rear bumper.
Some minor tweaks are also expected in the cabin.
The new model should make its debut later in 2012 to go on sale in 2013.
