Montezemolo claimed that the agreement of every grand prix team to change the regulations is worthless without Ferrari.
He added: "Nobody should forget that, for Formula One, Ferrari is important. Whatever happens, if someone decides to change something or if he has a new idea, he must come to Maranello first." -GMM
