London - A throng of Londoners watched a rare Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta worth over R8-million being towed in the suburb of Mayfair.
The incident, according to the Daily Mail, took place in early February.
Police said the driver allegedly did not have insurance for the vehicle.
Jalopnik reported the driver's father was also in the vicinity, driving a Porsche 918.
