Utah - Footage of a suspect pulled over for drunk driving in Utah has been recorded by a police officer. The kicker? The suspect offered a strange response to protest his arrest.

The driver, who failed mandatory sobriety tests that the officer asked him to complete, said that "'it's illegal" for him to be arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

It's possibly the strangest reason reason for not wanting to be arrested we've heard in awhile.
