New Merc V6 now in SA

E350 now on sale locally
The new E350, which replaces the E320, is now available in South Africa and has a price tag of R459 000.
Its V6 engine develops 200 kW at 6 000 r/min and generates a peak torque of 350 Nm from 2 400 r/min.
The new E 350 therefore outperforms its predecessor, the six-cylinder E 320 model, in terms of torque and output by 11 and over 21 percent respectively.
Merc's 7G-TRONIC seven-speed automatic transmission comes as standard with the new E350.
The new E350 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds, which is 0.8 seconds faster than the E 320.
