PICS: McLaren smashes house, bursts into flames in high-speed crash

England - Fire fighters in England captured images of a wrecked McLaren 570S. The sports car crashed into a house and burst into flames. Incredibly, both the driver and passenger escaped serious injury.

Burnt to a crisp

The pair walked away with only minor injuries as the local fire department was alerted around 6:30 am on Sunday (July 2). Upon arrival the fire department reported that the driver and passenger had already escaped the wrecked vehicle.

The Trowbridge Fire Station tweeted images of the wrecked supercar. The vehicle crashed into a living room of a house with brickwork collapsing on the car. The fire department said that the car was on fire upon their arrival.

Images show the wrecked remains of the McLaren as well as extensive damage to the house.

Damaged house

The Trowbridge Fire Station took to Twitter: "Two walking wounded. Car involved in fire. House shored up and made safe using HRU."
