Luce describes the incident he captured via a dash-cam:

"Observe and tell me if I didn't came to a complete stop? Part of the video is missing as my cam decided on that point of time to start a new clip. (The) cop introduced himself as Jacob and said to me I didn't stop at HIS stop, I yielded. Soon after seeing the dash-cam for himself he told me to go.

"What was he after I wonder? Who thought a dash-cam can protect you against those that's suppose to protect us?"
