Video: Audi RS4 paintball duel
THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE: A white RS4 Avant triumphs over its now paint-covered counterpart, racking up 2241 “points” in an epic paintball duel.
Audi has released an epic promotional video for its new RS4 Avant – a vehicular paintball duel.
Filmed in an aircraft hanger, the Ultimate Paintball Duel stars two RS4 Avants equipped with massive paintball guns reminiscent of military-grade .50 caliber machine guns. The guns are capable of rapidly firing paintballs and are controlled via a console-mounted button.

The cars were driven by stuntmen Jim Dowdall and Colin Skeaping. To make things even more spectacular, the models sport “bonus weapons” such as paint bombs and paint "oil slicks."
In a video uploaded to YouTube, you can watch the intense, yet very playful duel. The drivers were awarded points based on their hits, flair and creativity.
The new Audi RS4 Avant - due in SA later in 2013 - is powered by a 4.2 V8 capable of 331kW and 430Nm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed S tronic and sports quattro all-wheel drive.
The V8 rockets the Avant from 0-100km/h in 4.7 seconds to an elctronically-limited top speed of 250km/h.
