TRAGIC END TO THE YEAR: Five youths were killed and six injured when a Nissan Navara overturned in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga.
NELSPRUIT - Five youths were killed when a bakkie they were travelling in overturned in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga, on Monday December 31, 2012.
The Nissan Navara was carrying about a dozen youngsters, police said, claiming the driver was only about 14 years old.
SIX INJURED
Police said: "The vehicle was travelling from Thulamahhashe towards Dwarsloop when it overturned at the New Forest at 11:40pm on Monday.”
Five youngsters died in the crash, six were seriously injured - one of them the teenage driver.
Police were still trying to identify all those involved.
