Nissan SA recalls 7000 cuties

Nissan is recalling 841 000 compact cars worldwide due to a steering wheel glitch - 7000 of them in South Africa.

I was the pillion on the 'scooter'. Actually it was a Harley-Davidson Street Glide. The perpetrator was an off duty policeman who was arrested and brought back to the scene of the accident.

It was a hit-and-run event though he left his bumper next to us!

NO POLICE FEEDBACK

His case has still not been heard and no feedback from the police inspires of numerous attempts to determine course of action.

I did not remember anything of the accident, in fact nothing up until I left the hospital two weeks after the accident - watching the video really disturbed me.
