Johannesburg - A woman who lost a sister and brother in car crashes has herself now been seriously injured in a crash.
• Four years ago Denzel Claasen was killed in a car crash while on his way to Fun Valley, in Eldorado Park, Johannesburg, The Star reported.
• A year later his sister Doronitha, 21, was killed when an unlicensed driver crashed into the wall against which she was leaning while showing off her new car.
• Their mother Dorothy "died of heartache" in 2012, unable to come to terms with her loss.
• On March 4 Doronitha's twin, Rosaline Moola, was trapped in the wreckage of her car when a brick truck collided with her car, wedging it against a road barrier on the N1 north, Johannesburg.
'IT WAS MADNESS'
At the time paramedics said a man died and 28 people were injured in the incident.
Moola's father Johnny Claasen told the newspaper: "What I saw is the stuff you see in the movies, not in real life. People were crying... it was madness."
Moola was admitted to Garden City Hospital's intensive care unit - and is recovering.
Claasen added: "She went to church on Sunday. Maybe God said it wasn't her turn yet."
