TAKERI CONCEPT IN THE METAL: If you’d like to get your hands on a new Mazda6 wagon you may have to wait until later in 2013 when it's finally launched.
The new Mazda 6 is set to be unveiled in Paris later in 2012, though a station wagon version was spotted undergoing testing.
Japanese automaker Mazda will introduce its next 6 sedan at the 2012 Paris auto show in September but this prototype station-wagon variant was spotted undergoing testing.
The next-generation 6 will be powered by a new line of four-cylinder engines, among them the SKY-D diesel, and the vehicles will be built in Hofu, Japan.
If you can get past the hyper black-and-white camouflage on the bodywork you’ll see it closely follows the Takeri concept car, it’s even riding on the same wheels!
Rumour has it that the Mazda6 station will arrive in 2013.
