The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is gearing up for a facelift and our spies spotted the new model undergoing testing. The current generation C-Class has been around since 2007 and our pics show that the German automaker is giving it a makeover complete with a redesigned front.Changes will include new headlights, front bumper and a new bonnet design. The rear is expected to feature a new set of lights and some modifications to the bumper. Some engine upgrades will be on offer while the interior should receive minor changes, too. Mercedes-Benz did away with the CLK, replacing it with the E-Class Coupe, and it's likely that the same could happen when the CL changes to the S-Class Coupe. We believe the C-Class could be available in a coupe variant, placing it above the CLC. The updated C-Class is set for release in 2011, months before the all-new BMW 3 Series and the facelifted Audi A4.
