TURIN, Italy - Fiat is giving its little 500 a makeover and an undisguised version was spotted at the automaker's factory in Turin, Italy.
It’s questionable why a retro car would need an update but Fiat seems to know the answer.
The "new" 500 is expected to arrive in South Africa in early 2016.
RETRO 500 REFRESHED
The car will have modified head and tail lights and reshaped bumpers. The interior is expected to sport minor changes such as new trim, smoother leather and an updated tech.

Engines and mechanicals are likely to remain unchanged.
