Seat stunt drive: Not what's expected

SEAT has released a startling video showing one of the most ambitious and dramatic vehicle stunts drives yet undertaken by a car company.

Fans of the Cupra performance brand were invited to participate in an "extreme simulator" experience, with a lucky pair chosen to enjoy the amazing virtual ride.

CRASH HELMETS?

The simulator looked much like those you see in those used to fine-tune airline pilots' emergency skills and the lucky passengers - with a stunt driver at the wheel - were strapped in, complete with crash helmets.

Which was just as well because, well... everything turned out to be not quite what it seemed…
