The long-anticipated BMW M2 Coupe has been spotted undergoing testing on public roads. Despite its camouflage, the new M-badged 2 Series is looking very sporty and assertive with its wider front and rear track.
The twin exhaust pipes are visible for the first time on the prototype spotted by spy photographers. The rotors are cross-drilled and the brake callipers appears to be borrowed from the new M3 and M4.

Still missing are its styling changes as the front bumper remains the same as the M235i. Its engine, code-named N55B30T0, will be a three-litre, in-line six-cylinder capable of 283kW.
The new BMW M2 will be launched in 2015.
