Cape Town - The Ford Mustang continues its run itself as South Africa’s top-selling sports car with 101 models finding new owners in August 2017, reports Naamsa.
While the Mustang ran rampant, Porsche South Africa has chosen not to report individual sales figures to Naamsa from August. This means that the 911 and 718 Boxster/Cayman will no longer be entered into our top 10 list.
F-Type takes second place
Quite some way behind the Mustang, the Jaguar F-Type took second place with 16 units sold. Behind the F-Type, the Ferrari 488 Spider sold three units.
Audi’s R8 sold the fourth most sports cars with two units.
