What happened to F1? They might as well do qualifying and ignore the main race. The fastest car simply wins and the only races are those between the two Ferraris, the two Mercedes, etc.
They've brought in rules to the extent that it’s a game of strategy (similar to chess), not a car race at all.
It's boring, the engines sound like very good tractor engines and the only thing that can be called exciting is the constant talking of the presenters.
'EVEN GOLF IS MORE EXCITING'
It seems that if a manufacturer has a bad engine (power units), gearbox, chassis or electronics they cannot do much, at least within the rules. It just has sit it out and suffer until a new season arrives.
I'm so sad to say that I have not managed to stay awake for a full race in 2014, so my interest in F1 is now reduced to getting the news (results) of the "race" on other news media.
I'm not going to waste my time trying to stay awake for 3-4 hours of nothingness – 50/60 laps of cars running in circles .
Even golf is more exciting!
