BERLIN, Germany - Jaguar has announced its high-riding crossover will be commercialised with the "F-Pace" moniker . The new crossover has undergone major chassis testing at the iconic Nurburgring track in Germany.
Essentially a production version of the C-X17 concept, the Jaguar F-Pace will be “the ultimate practical sports car,” according to global sales director Andy Goss.
Rather than being labeled as a crossover or SUV, Jaguar calls its new model a “family sports car”, sharing the same lightweight platform with the XE compact sedan from where it will likely inherit the engine line-up.
