We spied the new XK earlier this year (COPYRIGHT: Wheels24)
The Jaguar XK is to be officially unveiled later this year with a 4.2-litre V8 engine.
There will also be a an entry-level 3.5-litre V8 petrol model as well as a supercharged XKR.
However, the big news is that Jaguar is also going the diesel route with the XK.
According to Auto Express will get a V8 turbodiesel V8, which is to be developed in conjunction with Land Rover.
This 4-litre engine will have a power output of about 200 kW while torque will be an incredible 600 Nm. The 0-100km/h sprint will be a mere seven seconds.
