Zyl back as Naamsa president

JOHANNESBURG, Gauteng - Toyota SA CEO Johan van Zyl has been re-elected president of the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of SA.

Ford SA CEO Jeff Nemeth was elected vice-president for 2014 from the manufacturers' side and Associated Motor Holdings Group CEO Manny de Canha was re-elected vice-president from the ranks of importers and distributors.

Volkswagen Group SA managing director David Powels is the immediate past-president.

Naamsa collects monthly vehicle sales figures and comments on relevant issues within the industry.
