The next-generation Renault Laguna is close to being unveiled, but the French manufacturer is remaining tightlipped about its new top model.

New Laguna has again been developed to meet the most stringent safety requirements. When it is finally revealed on June 4 it will, according to Renault, show definite improvement in quality of materials used and the level of fit and finish within the cabin.
The large sedan has again been designed to offer active and passive safety features that Renault claims should offer the best protection in its class.
No technical details have been made available yet, though the next-generation Laguna will be introduced in South Africa in the first quarter of 2008.
