91 Porsche Panameras are being recalled in South Africa to fix a possibly faulty seatbelt, Porsche Centre SA said on Wednesday.
Porsche Panamera recalled
The number forms part of a global recall affecting Porsche’s grand tourer. The recall is limited to 11 324 Panameras around the world and is considered a “preemptive measure” to address possible faulty seatbelt tensioners.
“Every customer will be called personally and notified in writing,” Porsche Centre SA’s Christo Kruger told Wheels24. “The minor repair should take 20 minutes to complete.“
The Panamera was launched in South Africa in February this year and 91 local cars are affected.
