Nissan's star dealers shine

THAT WINNING FEELING: Johan Kleynhans (Director Marketing Sales and After Sales), Arnold du Plessis from the BB Auto group and Mike Whitfield (Nissan Managing Director) celebrate the BB Auto’s award as best dealer group.

Nissan South Africa has recognised the invaluable contribution of its dealer body at its annual Dealer of the Year awards banquet, held at the Sandton Convention Centre on February 18 at which the top dealers for 2010 were rewarded for their efforts.

The National Dealer of the Year award went to McCarthy Nissan Woodmead in Gauteng. The other big award of the evening, Best Dealer Group, was won by the BB Group of Polokwane in Limpopo Province. They also own a few other BB dealers and Global in Pretoria

Best Dealer awards by category went to Andre’s Nissan Ficksburg in the Free State (Very Small Dealer), Longtom Nissan Ermelo in Mpumalanga (Small Dealer), Welkom Nissan in the Free State (Medium Dealer), CMH Datcentre Pinetown in kwaZulu-Natal (Large Dealer) and McCarthy Nissan Woodmead in Gauteng (Mega Dealer).

IC Auto Roodepoort in Gauteng won the After-sales Performance award, Welkom Nissan in the Free State received the New Vehicle Sales Performance award and Global Nissan Gezina in Gauteng the Valid Value Performance award.
