Cape Town - From the burning BMW on the N2, to the drunk driver crashing into 17 cars, here are 9 motoring videos you should not miss.

We looked at footage that emerged on social media of a BMW ablaze along Raapenberg Road on the N2 close to Pinelands, Cape Town.

Towing with no wheels, 'Glug-glug', racer's dramatic escape

Also, in what could easily pass as a scene in a Fast and Furious movie, a car in Compton, California was spotted being towed with no wheels, ignoring all stop signs in the process.

On a lighter note, we looked at some of the most memorable SA car ads that inclided the 'glug-glug' ad and the hilarious 'Corsa Lite side of life' promos.

Then, on-board footage has emerged of local racing driver Mike Schmidt making a dramatic escape from his burning race car during a practice stint at Dezzi Raceway in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
