WCape curbs licence fee hikes

The Western Cape would not increase its vehicle licence fees for the next three years, provincial transport minister Robin Carlisle said on Thursday.
The province has the highest fees in the country, and many motorists living in the Western Cape register their vehicles elsewhere to save money.
