Bentley’s new Continental GT four-litre V8 had its first opportunity to stretch its legs on the slopes of the Goodwood hill ahead of its showcasing at the Festival of Speed.
VIP guests at Goodwood got an early glimpse of the latest Bentley in action as it prepared for the main event over June 28 to July 1, 2012.
As well as getting an early glimpse at the latest Continental, guests were also entertained by the sporty rumble of Bentley’s latest performance engine.

Steven Egan, Bentley’s marketing operations manager, said: “The team had an excellent day at Goodwood with the new Continental V8 and we’re now looking forward to returning in June as one of the festival’s partners and with our leading ‘Bentley Boy’ drivers.”
The Bentley Driving Team also took the opportunity to give the world’s fastest luxury convertible, the six-litre W12 Continental Supersports Convertible ISR, and the flagship, the 6.75- litre V8 Mulsanne some early workouts on the classic hill climb.
