Ferrari customers are demanding people.
Having obviously achieved a generous level of financial independence (by whichever means) they expect their cars to perform faultlessly, and when they don’t, owners expect flawless roadside assistance.
Now Ferrari, cognisant that owners of its classic cars are many times wealthier than some of the contemporary nouveau riche enthusiasts, is offering an innovative roadside assistance scheme called ‘With You.’

This means if you have a classic Ferrari, say a 1949 vintage 166 Inter, and it goes wrong, Ferrari will cover any expenses incurred in getting you home, and your Ferrari to a service centre.
If you wish to stay over close to where your vintage Ferrari is being sorted, they’ll cover hotel costs too. Medical expenses due to shock (do you know what new valves and a timing chain cost on a 250 GT Berlinetta?) are not covered.
Quite the deal then - and it’s open to all cars produced since 1947 which are out of warranty.
