The 207CC is subjected to a few interior and exterior styling changes that are said to increase passenger comfort and give the car greater visual appeal. Well, the front end looks hardly unchanged with its oversized and gaping grille, but Peugeot assures it has been redesigned and the front foglamps are now positioned at the edges of the lower front panel. The rear end's light clusters with LEDs are more sculptured.Viewed in profile, new alloys are visible, too. For the most part, changes have been kept simple. In the cabin, for instance, the control panel for the heating and air conditioning unit has been revised with new graphics and chrome detailing. Additional new features include a gear shift indicator on certain manual models and one-touch indicators. Designed to keep fuel consumption and CO2 emissions down, the gear shift indicator determines the best gear by vehicle speed, engine temperature and engine speed and the driver's driving style. In certain markets, this 207 CC will be offered with new powerplants although the gearbox options remain unchanged. The revised 207 range will be introduced in South Africa towards the end of the year.
