The in-your-face Chrysler 300C is being tweaked in international markets, and changes include the addition of a sporty 3.0-litre turbodiesel and cosmetic revisions.
The big news perhaps is that what appears to be a sporty SRT-8 lookalike 300C is now available with turbodiesel power.
Mimicking the SRT-8 design, the 3.0-litre V6 sports 20-inch alloy wheels, a chrome mesh grille, leather sports seats and carbon fibre detailing inside the cabin.
However, Chrysler SA has informed Wheels24 that due to the poor diesel quality in South Africa, this model will not be offered here.
However, the cosmetic enhancements detailed will, according to the manufacturer, only affect the tail lights and boot lid incorporating an integrated spoiler and high-mounted brake light.
These will be instituted as running changes to the existing 300C line-up this year.
