The Range Rover Evoque was named 2011 Car of the Year in the Auto Express New Car Awards.
The new baby Range Rover was also named Best Compact SUV by the motoring magazine, while Land Rover Discovery 4 scooped the Best Large SUV award for the second successive year.
The magazine cited the Evoque's looks and driving dynamics as factors in its success and added that its styling sets it apart from other vehicles.

The Evoque comes as a 2.0 petrol and a 2.2 turbodiesel variants with two body styles, three design themes and other options and accessories.
The Evoque is currently available to order at local Land Rover dealerships and goes on sale in South Africa from November 1, 2011.
