Alfa Romeo's 8C Spider will have a baptism of fire this weekend when it competes in its first Goodwood Festival of Speed alongside iconic racing cars from the Italian marque.
Just one year away from Alfa's 100th birthday, the manufacturer will be hosting some of its most desired vehicles, both present and past, at this year's Goodwood Festival of Sound.
The 8C Spider will be joined on the hill by the 1924 P2 Gran Premio, an 8C 2300 tipo Le Mans, the 6C 3000 CM in which Juan Manuel Fangio contested the 1953 Mille Miglia and the 33 TT 12.
Two concept cars, both designed by Bertone, will also be displayed at the weekend event.
