Aston Martin has unveiled plans for a personal aircraft which the luxury automaker describes as a "sports car for the skies".
Aston Martin presented its Volante Vision Concept, with vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) capabilities, at the 2018 Farnborough Airshow, in Hampshire, England.
Volante Vision Concept is being developed in partnership with Cranfield University, Cranfield Aerospace Solutions and Rolls-Royce.

While the concept is not yet ready to hit the skies, Aston Martin will hope to have a flying prototype ready by 2019.
